These terms govern your use of Fund Flow OS. Please read them carefully before using the product.
By using Fund Flow OS, users agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Fund Flow OS provides a CRM and operations platform for fund managers, private lenders, and capital raisers. Users must be 18 or older and create an account with accurate information.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Users retain ownership of the data they upload. Fund Flow OS is licensed to host, process, and back up this data to operate the platform. Users must have rights and consents to store their data within the Service.
Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Fund Flow OS follows industry standards for security, but no system is 100% risk-free.
Program description. Operators using Fund Flow OS may send SMS and text messages to contacts who have given them prior express written or oral consent. Messages are transactional and relationship-based — capital call notices, distribution notifications, document-signature requests, offering updates and appointment reminders. Fund Flow OS does not send messages to purchased, rented or scraped lists.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the operator's activity and the recipient's relationship with that operator.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Fund Flow OS and the operator do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to end all further messages from that operator. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@fundflowos.com. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and regardless of any consent previously recorded.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier networks and handset availability.
Privacy. Mobile information, phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full treatment of mobile data.
Operator responsibility. The operator sending the messages is responsible for obtaining and evidencing consent that complies with the TCPA and applicable state law, and for the accuracy of the content it sends. Fund Flow OS records that consent and refuses to send to contacts without it, but does not become the sender of record.
Integrations may include Stripe, DocuSign, Zapier, analytics tools, email services, hosting providers, and Google services (such as Gmail for email synchronization).
Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Some features use AI or machine learning to generate insights or recommendations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and users are responsible for evaluating them.
Fund Flow OS does not use private workspace data to train public AI models, and requires third-party AI providers to adhere to the same standard.
All software, content, and branding belong to Fund Flow OS or its licensors. Submitting feedback grants Fund Flow OS a license to use it for improvement.
Fund Flow OS may modify or improve the Service and offer beta features that can change or be withdrawn at any time.
The Service is provided "as is." Fund Flow OS disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
Fund Flow OS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime; access ends at termination. Certain records may be retained to meet legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state of the company's principal office. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property matters.
Users must comply with U.S. export-control laws and may not use the Service in sanctioned countries.
Fund Flow OS may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app message. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
