Terms of Service

Overview

By using Fund Flow OS, users agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Fund Flow OS provides a CRM and operations platform for fund managers, private lenders, and capital raisers. Users must be 18 or older and create an account with accurate information.

Accounts & Subscriptions

• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all account activity.
• Free trials (7–30 days) may be offered; continuing after the trial requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
• Taxes are the user's responsibility.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Violate laws or infringe on others' rights.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Service.
• Exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Send spam or engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

User Content (Customer Data)

Users retain ownership of the data they upload. Fund Flow OS is licensed to host, process, and back up this data to operate the platform. Users must have rights and consents to store their data within the Service.

Privacy & Security

Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Fund Flow OS follows industry standards for security, but no system is 100% risk-free.

Third-Party Integrations

Integrations may include Stripe, DocuSign, Zapier, analytics tools, email services, hosting providers, and Google services (such as Gmail for email synchronization).

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

AI Features

Some features use AI or machine learning to generate insights or recommendations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and users are responsible for evaluating them.

Fund Flow OS does not use private workspace data to train public AI models, and requires third-party AI providers to adhere to the same standard.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding belong to Fund Flow OS or its licensors. Submitting feedback grants Fund Flow OS a license to use it for improvement.

Service Changes & Availability

Fund Flow OS may modify or improve the Service and offer beta features that can change or be withdrawn at any time.

Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Fund Flow OS disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Fund Flow OS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks. Users may cancel subscriptions anytime; access ends at termination. Certain records may be retained to meet legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state of the company's principal office. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property matters.

Export & Sanctions

Users must comply with U.S. export-control laws and may not use the Service in sanctioned countries.

Changes to Terms

Fund Flow OS may update these Terms with notice via email or in-app message. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
