This policy explains how AI capacity works on Fund Flow OS — what's included with your plan, what happens when you reach your monthly allowance, and how we'll handle any future changes.
Plans that include AI come with a generous monthly allowance of Premium AI actions — the fast, highest-quality mode that powers drafting, analysis, and the AI assistant. The allowance is sized so that normal, even heavy, day-to-day use stays comfortably within it. This page describes that allowance in plain language so there are no surprises.
On plans that include AI, you get up to 500 Premium AI actions per month. One “action” is a single AI task — for example, drafting a message, summarizing a document, or answering a question in the assistant. The allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
You can see how much of your allowance you've used, and when it resets, on the AI usage card in your account settings.
On plans where AI is included (capacity plans): your AI never stops working. Once you've used your monthly Premium AI allowance, AI continues in Standard mode on a lighter model for the rest of the cycle — slightly less powerful, but still useful — and your account clearly shows when you're in Standard mode. You can upgrade at any time to restore Premium AI capacity.
For investor- and finance-facing work (such as LP communications or financial narratives), we will never quietly switch you to the lighter model. Instead, when you've reached your allowance we pause and ask you to confirm Standard mode or upgrade, so a high-stakes document is never produced on a lesser model without your knowledge.
On metered plans (where AI actions are bought as a fixed quantity), AI usage stops cleanly when the included amount is used up, and you can buy more or upgrade to continue. This is the amount you purchased, used as expected.
Separately from your monthly allowance, Fund Flow OS applies a short-term rate safety limit. This is purely a safety measure — it exists so that a malfunctioning or runaway automation can't burn through a large amount of AI in a few minutes. It is not a product cap and does not affect normal use; ordinary work, even intensive sessions, stays well clear of it. In the rare case it applies, it simply asks the system to slow down briefly and then continue.
We'd rather raise these allowances than lower them. If we ever need to reduce the monthly Premium AI allowance for a plan, we commit to giving at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect, so you always have time to plan. Increases can take effect immediately.
